Warranty

We warrant all OCS equipment in this website to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service; our obligation under this warranty being limited to repairing or replacing at our factory any part or parts thereof which shall within one year from date of shipment from our factory be returned to our factory with transportation charges prepaid, and which our examination shall disclose to have been defective; this warranty being expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and of all other obligations or liabilities on our part, and we neither assume nor authorize any person to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of OCS products.

This warranty does not cover reimbursement to purchaser or user for any labor charges for replacement of parts, adjustments, repairs, disconnecting or reinstallation or any other work done on the job. We assume no responsibility for consequential damages of any kind, and the purchaser or user by acceptance of this equipment assumes the responsibility for the consequences of its use or misuse.

This warranty does not apply to any equipment which shall have been repaired or altered outside of our factory in any way so as, in our judgment, to affect its stability, nor which has been subject to misuse, negligence or operation conditions in excess of those stated in this website and in our print catalogs.

The right is reserved by OCS Industries to change specifications or prices without incurring any responsibility for previously sold equipment
