Terms

Invoices dated from the 1st to the 25th of the month inclusive will be subject to a cash discount of 2% if paid on or before the 10th of the month following and will be due on the next succeeding day.

Invoices dated the 26th to the end of the month will considered dated the 1st of the following month and will qualify for a case discount as outlined above.

The cash discount is to be computed on the product total amount of the invoice before any additions or deductions for transportation or any sales or manufacturer’s taxes are applied.

No merchandise can be returned for credit without prior approval, and may be subject to a 25% handling charge.
