Cast Iron

Copper Finned Hydronic Heating Elements

OCS manufactures a complete line of high efficiency copper fin tube elements for hot water heat systems. Each aluminum fin has a dye formed collar for even spacing and complete contact to the entire length of the copper tube. The tubes are mechanically expanded and the headers are made of the finest cast brass metal.

All elements have been carefully engineered to provide maximum heat transfer and years of care free service. Available in 4”, 6”, 8”, & 10” in depth, 16” through 64” in length. Custom sizes available upon request.

Steel Finned Hydronic Heating Elements

OCS manufactures high efficiency steel elements for steam or hot water heat systems. The headers are made of the finest malleable iron metals. Steel side plates protect the fins and add to the rigidity of the elements.

All elements have been carefully engineered to provide maximum heat transfer and years of care free service. Available in 4”, 6”, 8”, & 10” in depth, 16” through 64” in length. Custom sizes available upon request.

Our Cast Iron Elements will fit in any of our convector cabinets and are available in 4” and 6” deep and 19” to 63” long. Custom sizes are available upon request.
